No. it may take a few years to reach the true answer. I suggest you read Brian Tracy‘s books too.
It is pretty hard to find a purpose in life. Almost 99% of people haven’t found their purpose but they claim they have when they confront you so you think they are the best.
8 ways to find the true purpose in life you didn’t know about:
You need to search everywhere and everything to figure out your purpose. you have to see what you agree on and which one you don’t. learn what it is that makes you happy and helps you.
But remember not to expect a fast result. It may take a while.
2- Talk to people who have found their purpose
It’s hard to find someone who has truly found his purpose in life. But when you do, talking to them gives you many creative and new ideas.
After talking to them you realize your viewpoint wasn’t the perfect one after all. Talk to a few of them, not only one. then you see they both are happy in life with different purposes, ideas, viewpoints, and paths.
3- Don’t pay attention to the commercials
Ads and commercials talk about a product the way that you may think it’s necessary for your life. Do not let yourself see each and every advertisement, they may deceive you.
4- Order a portion of food that is not in the menu
It means don’t ban yourself to specific options. Try to build something new the way that it’s only yours. I am not supposed to explain all this. just sit for a second and think about it.
5- See the bigger picture to find the true purpose in life
What does it mean? It means you set a purpose like: “I want to be a billionaire!”
Ask yourself: why?
The other half of you says: to buy a house and the best car
– So what?
– To have fun
– So what?
– Mmm, to have fun…
When you ask “so what?” a few times, you see your purpose has value or not. an advertisement tells you to buy this amazing car. Everyone else says the same. they say: yes, buy it so when you enter a place, people say oh the rich guy came in.
But is it what you truly desire? Or you have a more valuable purpose in life?
6- Don’t be deceived by others’ behavior
Some people try to keep their appearance. They come to you and say how amazing it is to live abroad, have a big house, not being married, being so rich. But try to seek through their lives. They are not as happy as they seem. They are only trying to deceive you and make you upset and envious.
Don’t be surprised. Many people have one purpose in life: make others feel jealous of you.
Do people talk about their problems in life? no. they only express their good feelings and talk about happy events.
So don’t compare the vitrine of others’ life to your original life.
7- Step out of the lifeline
What is a lifeline? Imagine a baby is born right now. What is its lifeline?
Growing up, studying, university, getting a job, marriage, having kids
This is a repetitive lifeline for everyone. So try to step out of it and create something new for yourself.
Does it bother you if you get out of the line?
Of course, it does. It’s like swimming in a river in the opposite direction of water flow.
8- Embrace being lost to find the true purpose in life
Remember that to find a place, you need to get lost first. In order to find something, you need to lose it and then search for it.
You have to have the courage to lose your way and then find something better.
