one effective method to eliminate worry
Are you worried to read this article? Are you concerned about how to do your job? What do you have to do to eliminate worry?
My students asked me about this question. How can they eliminate worry?
I say we should start by analyzing the concerns: and have an effective plan:
1- Write three of your worries that you think about all day, and you have to deal with them every day?
2- See if these worries are becoming more or less?
3- Explore for how long have they been your worries?
Whatever we worry about attracts more concern.
Concern, fear, and doubt are a family.
Many people worry about:
– Their kids
First, you have to put some love, taking action, and follow-up in the things you worry about. You worry about the things you don’t love, and you don’t try for. When you love your job, or you work so hard to have time for your kids, etc., you’ll see the concern starts fading away.
Imagine yourself at your job with your kids two years from now. The way that you are happy with your life and you have whatever you want. This imagination is the love you have for those things, and you won’t be worried about them anymore.
