Close your eyes, take a deep breath and imagine yourself doing the thing you desire the most. Imagination can help you very much, and you can get to what you want easier.
6- Take a deep breath
The thing you decide to do can be difficult and terrifying. You have to take some time to calm down. Take several deep breaths so that you can control your emotions. Then you are ready to step on the path.
