How to present a project?

How can employees have a good presentation and present a project?

In this article, I want to talk about a method which has five steps and it doesn’t take much time of the employer and the employee but it can help the see the best result.

Sometimes we have to send our employees somewhere to present a project. It gives me the creeps and we are scare they might mess things up. So it’s our duty to make a situation where the employees can have a good presentation.
I prepared a method with five steps that employees must do.

Follow these steps to present a project in the best way you can

1- First rule to present a project

Employees can’t have a presentation unless they do the next four steps.

2- An attractive subject

The employees must have a story, case study, or conversation in their presentation. They have to choose an interesting subject.

3- Rehearsal

To present a project, you have to rehearse it many times.

The employees have to practice that story, conversation or case study they have prepared and record it. it’s not important how the quality is. You can record it with your cellphone.

4- Sending the file

After they record their rehearsal they have to send it to you and you have to do the fifth step.

5- Feedback

Then you, as a boos or a manager have to see the file and give some feedback to them. tell them which parts need to be improve and which one is perfect.

When the employees present a project and record it, you have to give them feedback.

This way you don’t spend too much time on it because they probably recorded it a hundred times and it doesn’t cost much.
