

How to relax when you are stressful?
Our unconscious wants to maintain the situation. We feel stressed, concerned, and scared when we confront a new condition or even because our unconscious wants to protect us. We can relax and calm down. In this article, we are going to learn to maintain our relaxation.
Whenever you have stress, know that your unconscious is not familiar with it.
We have two kinds of stress:
1- Natural stress: it has to be there, for example, to do our schedule and our daily works. Imagine you have to be at work at 7 or you have a meeting at 9. You have to be there on time, and you don’t want to be late. You can’t relax, and it’s normal.

Some people suffer from artificial stress and they don’t know how to relax.
2- Artificial stress: we value this kind of stress too much that it makes us unhappy. Some people even go to the hospital for too much pressure.
We consider stress as our enemy while it’s our friend!
How to throw away our stress and relax?
First, you have to start imagining. Then you can take action. Our imagination must be “positive.”
Fear, stress, and concern happen due to lack of love!
Once one of my students told me she had an exam and she is frightened to fail. I asked her what she thought about it this morning. She said: “I woke up, and I think I’m gonna fail this test, it’s too hard, and I can’t do it.”

You know how to relax when you have studied perfectly and imagined passing the exams.
Then I asked the same question from someone who passed a test. She said: “I imagined the situation for myself. I open my book to study, and I see how well I can learn and memorize things. Then I relax and imagine going there and taking the exam. I see myself passed, and it feels great.”
The truth is that when you love your work and what you’re doing, you won’t miss anything, you won’t do anything wrong, and there is no way you are stressed. Let’s ask ourselves this question instead of being afraid:
What good stress has for us?
One of the ways is to combine “what makes you scared before?” to” what you are doing now?”. How? For example, if you took many tests and you passed, tell yourself that I have done many exams as the same as this one and I had passed them all. I will pass this one too.”
Focus on positive energy and imagine the fact that you can do whatever it is you are doing. Then, you relax and can be happy in your life.
