Here we want to see how can we have an output as a brochure in PowerPoint.
You have to click on File, then Print. After that, you ought to click on 3 Slides. Now you have an image of a brochure. Then you have to choose the kind of printer you want. If we choose Adobe, we can have a PDF file as an output. Here I don’t have Adobe now but you have this option too. Or you can go straight for printing if you like.
It can have some problems. For example, the software asks you how to design a Logo or add page numbers? We go back to the last part and click on View and Handout Master. Now you can see a page. Here, you can change the design. You can change the Logo. You can write something up there or choose page numbers and so on. Then you have to save it.
Now we go back to File, Print, and 3 Slides. It has another form too like 2 or 9 Slides. It depends on what you want. Then you can choose the kind of paper and change some other settings and then click on print, or you can have a PDF file if you have Adobe software installed on your computer.
