How Pexel adding works on your PowerPoint?
There are many ways to add pictures in PowerPoint but the best one is Pexel adding.
Here I want to show you how to design your slides without going to the website I’ve mentioned before in ” How can I find free images for PowerPoint presentation slides right now?”
To do that, on the floating ribbon, switch to insert and click on pexel icon which does not exist on your PowerPoint right now because you have to add it.
Here I search for the books and as a result, I can see so many images of books provided with pexels.
Just click on it and wait for a second to load your chosen picture.
But how can we get this feature?
For this purpose, just go to insert option, depending on the version of your PowerPoint, you may have office add-ins bottom, click on it.
Don’t forget to be connected to the Internet.
And in this part, search for the pexels.
As soon as you search for it, add it and check the options below, to agree to the terms and conditions, then finally click to add.
Now the pexels option is available on the top ribbon of your PowerPoint.
To use that, just click on its icon and search whatever you need to.
For example, I search for love here and select this photo.
You can also use the power point’s recommendation on the right side of your page.
That was a professional and easy way to add beautiful and attractive pictures into your slides.
How to add shapes in PowerPoint: Primary lesson?
One of the most useful tools in PowerPoint is adding a different variety of shapes.
So I click on a new slide and then insert and then shapes. Here, you can see lots of different shapes are available here. like smiley faces, basic tools like rectangle, circle, plus, Cross, X, Minus, etc.
Let me give you an example. let’s try adding shape in this slide.
First, I resize this picture and then in the call-out section. I choose a speech bubble. Now I have to choose the area that I want to add this shape and then I drag it in this area. Now you can resize the shape.
In some shapes, you can see some yellow points. These points are for changing the shape of this speech bubble or redesigning it.
Also, I can rotate it, reshape it or resize it. In the format tab, shape style section, you can change the color of the shape or you can change the color of the shape in the shape-fill and then choose the color you want.
Also in the eyedropper section, you can choose the color you want from another image so I can pick a color from my shirt like this. Or I can use my thighs colour. Also in shape outline, you can change the size and color of the border of this shape.
You can change the weight of the borderline or I can change the color. Most of the time you don’t need that outline so I choose no outline.
Shapes are really easy and useful and let me Draw another shape on another slide page.
This time, I choose the circle and click and drag to draw. Also if you hold the shift button you will keep the aspect ratio the same. I change the color to green and border outline. Make it thicker and use Dash Style outline and make it black.
You can change the form of shapes and outlines however you want. This part was a primary lesson for PowerPoint which I thought it’s best to add to this part where we talked about images, Pexel adding and shapes.
