

Quick communication tips in your flights
In this article, I want to share one of my stories in a plane and conclude some quick communication tips from it.
I was on a plane, going to another city because I had a presentation. A routine problem happened: the delay. It is something that may occur at each airport, but it was annoying.
We had to sit on the plane for almost two hours until the flight could take off.
We all know that after several hours the problem will be solved, but there are some communication tips which we can talk about here.
1- Winning

One of communication tips is not to whine to someone who is not in charge.
Someone started shouting and nagging about this issue to the flight attendant. It’s something we always do. It’s obvious that when we face a problem, we should look for the answer to solve it, although some people like to discharge themselves and spread their negative energy to the area.
The poor flight attendant is not in charge, but passengers started shouting at her. What is the sample of this example in our routine lives?
For example, we are not satisfied with the economics and inflation. Whom do we whine? To our spouse when we come home at night. To our friend and colleague. What good it has to complain about the stuff that is not related to us? It only makes others come out of their joyful mood.

2- Rumors
When the pilot spoke to us, he said one piece of the plane has a mechanical problem in the luggage area.
I heard two women spoke about this matter the moment the pilot left. One of them said: “they have to check their equipment each month. They don’t, and we are the ones who should tolerate this delay.”
It was funny. I was sure the woman was never in a pilot cabin before, yet she commented without even thinking. She made a rumor about a matter she didn’t have experience at all. We have to learn not to comment on things we don’t know much about.
3- Explaining
The airport must explain the issue the moment it happens, not after two hours of waiting. Explaining calms people’s minds down at any moment, in any situation.

Communication tips say do not spread rumors you know nothing about
So first, you have to know to complain about what makes you unhappy with the person who is responsible. It is not only about the flights and their delays. Even in your life, if you are not happy with the economics, saying it to your spouses makes them worry too. It’s not helpful at all.
Second, let’s learn not to comment on things we don’t know about. More important, not to believe every rumor that someone says with no proof or reliable source.
Third, remember that explaining is the easiest way to solve all problems. We made it so hard for ourselves, but in reality, it is not.
